In 2004, Formex Industries acquired Baisch Engineering and in 2007 AutoTube Manufacturing joined the Formex stable. The organisation has now included them all under the Formex Industries banner.

Formex Pressings is a technologically competitive entity focusing on the development, manufacturing and supply of pressed components for the automotive catalytic converter and OEM markets.

The company operates out of modern factory facilities and offices based in Korsten and Markman in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. We provide our customers with excellent service, on time delivery, world class quality and competitive pricing. We also provide our customers with a competitive advantage, enabling them to compete on a global basis.

The various technologies include conventional, progression and transfer tooling. This means that the company is even better placed to offer solutions to our customers.

Formex Tubing is a market leader in the manufacturing and supply of tubular and exhaust-related components. Our modern, state-of-the-art, best-in-class facilities are located in Ga Rankuwa Industrial Park, which places us in close proximity to our biggest customers. These facilities comprise approximately 8 000m2 on 22 500 m² of land.

Formex Tubing’s global competitive advantage is our world-class quality and on-time delivery to our customers. Our technology includes laser welding, TIG welding, CNC bending and forming and robotic welding.
